PROCE55 Implementation

PROCE55 solutions are launched within an extremely short time frame, usually in several weeks.

Implementation of PROCE55 solutions is guided by the Customer Driven Agile Prototyping (CDAP) methodology – developed by East-Gate - based on best practices learned during 10-year experience with ERP implementation.

CDAP aims to overcome a problem common in new business process automation projects - a limited ability of the customer to specify desired optimal processes and outcomes at the beginning of the project.

CDAP enables to begin the implementation with the first concept and then iterate to the final optimal solution. High flexibility of PROCE55 allows for changes throughout the entire implementation process, as requirements become more precise.

Our implementation approach results in timely delivery within the budget = high user satisfaction.

Implementation Stages

Implementation of PROCE55 solutions with CDAP consists of four stages:

  • Process analysis and rapid design of the first prototype,
  • Iterative development of next-level solutions using PROCE55 agile methodology ,
  • Deployment of the solutions into operations (including execution, monitoring and optimization), supported by defined service level agreements ,
  • Continuous process optimization based on the experience gained from solution utilization.

Before and during PROCE55 solution implementation, East-Gate can also provide consultancy services focused on process automation and optimization.
